The Chalfont Fire Company consists of two stations used to respond to fire and rescue calls. Our main station is located at 101 N Main Street in Chalfont. STATION 34-OUR MAIN STATION
Station 34: Station 34 is our main station. It is located at 101 N Main St. in Chalfont Borough. We have 4 pieces of apparatus that are stationed here. Engine 34: Engine 34 is a 2000 KME Custom pumper. It has 1000 gallons of water and a 1750 gallons per minute water pump with two 30 gallon foam tanks. It has seating for 7 firefighters. Rescue 34: This truck is used for auto accidents when the car has to be cut apart. It also can be used for light rescue This Truck holds 7 firefighters. The truck has 500 gallons of water and can be used as a pumper, with a 1500 gallons per minute pump, if needed. Tanker 34: 2007 4 Guys built on a Peterbilt chasis with a 2300 gallon tank and a 500 gpm PTO pump. It features seating for two, a powered portable tank bracket, an 8' round discharge on each side, and a 10' square discharge at the rear. It has an LED lighting package and a Timberwolf mechanical siren. Engine 34-5: Engine 34-5 (aka Engine 54) is a 1975 Mack with 1000 gallon tank on it and a 1250 gallons per minute pump, and holds 7 firefighters. This truck has 1000 foot of 5 inch hose. Antique 34: 1955 Mack pumper with a 750 GPM 2 stage Hale pump and a 500 gallon booster tank. The truck was in service until 1986. Utility 34: 2002 Ford E-350 with seating for 12 and fire police capabilities.
